Analysis:

Administrative misconduct by employees of the major office was reported to the major. The major failed to act to the date of expiration of the propose negotiation deadline., under policy 7c of the Biotech tropicana Systems. Therefore policy 8 shall apply.

DECISION:

The  Biotech tropicana Systems shallinitiate judicial proceedings against the major of the community of Kandi. Policy 8a. Biotech tropicana Systems.

In conducting business with the major office, the founders of the Biotech tropicana Systems determined that :

a) policies of the Biotech tropicana Systems have been violated

b) np harm was done to the Biotech tropicana Systems, or one or more of its members

c) objectives sought through the business operations with the major office were achieved by other means

ORDER:

BY ORDER OF THE FOUNDERS

1) the case against Aldous DEMOLE MOKO shall be dropped. Policy 8c.Biotech tropicana Systems.

2) All issues shall be documented

3) All documents shall be transferred to the Biotech tropicana,IncMUSEUM for archiving.
